The team at Dynamic is looking forward to welcoming your group on the official NRL Ambassadors Cruise to the 2025 NRL Telstra Premiership Grand Final on Sunday, 5 October at Accor Stadium.

Please note, your match tickets will be handed out to your group host on the boat by your Dynamic Account Manager, an itinerary will be distributed via email once event timings have been confirmed.  

A member from our team will contact you in the weeks leading into the event to field any questions, retrieve host details and any dietary requirements your group may have.

Important info:

  • The package starts with a private function at Cargo Bar (upstairs) at 2pm.
  • Dress code is smart casual, jerseys welcome.
  • Your match tickets will be given to your host on the boat who will give them to you.
  • Main meal service is around 4.30pm. Guests are strongly encouraged to have a late breakfast or early lunch.

Timings for the day

Event Itinerary

  • 2:00PM

    Pre-cruise drinks at Cargo Bar at King St Wharf. Beer, wine and softdrink included.

  • 3:00PM

    The M.V. Blueroom departs at King St Wharf. Beverage service continues, food service and live music and entertainment commences.

  • 3:45PM

    Boat takes a lap of Sydney Harbour then up the Parramatta River whilst special guests on stage.

  • 5:45PM

    Boat arrives at Olympic Park Wharf precinct. Private Coach Transfer to Accor Stadium

  • 6:30PM

    Arrive at Accor Stadium – guests to make their way to seats. Pre match entertainment

  • 7:30PM

    NRL Telstra Premiership Grand Final kick off

  • 9:20PM

    Full time. Guests to return back to bus parking for coach ride back to King St Wharf (optional).

  • 10:20PM

    Last bus departs back to King St Wharf

FAQ’s

Dress code is Smart casual (jerseys accepted). No thongs or singlets please.

At Cargo Bar:

  • Open Bar service – Beer wine and softdrinks. Spirits are available for purchase.
  • Please be advised there will be no food service at the pre-event function

On the Cruise

  • Grazing canapes and food stations
  • Canapes accompanied by beer and champagne upon boarding
  • Main food service beginning at ___pm on the MV Blueroom.
  • Guests are encouraged to either have a late breakfast or early lunch.

At the game

Drink service by using the drinks cards supplied
